About the role
Be the friendly voice of the membership -- answer questions, gather feedback, and help members actually cook more of what they save.
What you'll do
- Own your area end to end and raise the bar for quality across the team.
- Collaborate closely with cooks, editors, and engineers in a small, fast-moving group.
- Help members cook more, and cook better, than they thought they could.
What we look for
- Real care for the craft and for the people we serve.
- Clear communication and a bias toward shipping honest work.
- Relevant experience — though we weigh curiosity and taste heavily.
