Kitchen Assistant

About the role

Prep, shop, and keep the pond house kitchen running on shoot days. The best seat in the house for learning how it all comes together.

What you'll do

• Own your area end to end and raise the bar for quality across the team.
• Collaborate closely with cooks, editors, and engineers in a small, fast-moving group.
• Help members cook more, and cook better, than they thought they could.

What we look for

• Real care for the craft and for the people we serve.
• Clear communication and a bias toward shipping honest work.
• Relevant experience — though we weigh curiosity and taste heavily.
