Method
- Gather and prep everything first: olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika and set within reach of the stove.
- Set a wide pan over medium heat and sweat the yellow onion in a little butter until translucent.
- Add the smoked brisket and let it toasted, undisturbed, so it takes on real color before you stir.
- Fold in the smoked paprika and season generously; give everything a minute to come together.
- Add the coconut milk and let it reduce until it just coats the back of a spoon.
- Off the heat, brighten it up with a spoonful of yogurt and a final crack of pepper.
- Plate it up while hot and pass extra at the table.
