Method
- Gather and prep everything first: yellow onion, garlic, fresh ginger and set within reach of the stove.
- Set a wide pan over medium heat and sweat the yellow onion in a little butter until translucent.
- Turn the heat up, add the palak paneer, and cook until deeply browned and aromatic.
- Fold in the coconut milk and season generously; give everything a minute to come together.
- Taste and adjust, then finish with chili crisp right before serving.
- Serve warm, ideally with something to soak up the sauce.
